Personal data protection policy
Data subject rights, channels for enquiries and complaints, and response times.
In compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing Decree 1377 of 2013, RIBELL S.A.S. adopts this policy for the processing of personal data collected in the course of its commercial and employment activities, safeguarding the privacy, intimacy and good name of data subjects.

Data subject rights:
- Access, know, update and rectify their personal data, in particular data that is partial, inaccurate, incomplete or processed without authorisation.
- Request proof of the authorisation granted and be informed of how their data has been used.
- Withdraw consent and request deletion of their data where legal principles, rights and guarantees are not respected.
- Access their data free of charge at least once per calendar month.
- File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, after first raising an enquiry with RIBELL S.A.S.
Enquiries and complaints. These are submitted to ribellsas@hotmail.com. Enquiries are answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days, extendable by five (5). Complaints are answered within fifteen (15) business days, extendable by eight (8). Incomplete complaints are referred back to the claimant within five days.
