Five commitments to prevent traffic accidents and promote safe behaviour on the road.
RIBELL S.A.S., whose activities include overland freight transport, recognises road safety as fundamental to protecting the life, health and integrity of its workers, contractors and all other road users.
In compliance with current regulations and as part of its Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV), RIBELL S.A.S. is committed to promoting a culture of prevention and safe conduct on the road, by identifying and controlling the risks associated with its transport operation.
To this end, the company establishes the following commitments:
- Comply with and enforce traffic regulations, current legislation and internal provisions relating to road safety.
- Promote safe driving behaviour, preventing risk factors such as speeding, fatigue, the consumption of alcohol or psychoactive substances, and the improper use of electronic devices while driving.
- Guarantee preventive and corrective maintenance of all vehicles involved in the operation.
- Deliver training, awareness and communication activities on road safety for workers and drivers.
- Allocate the human, technical and financial resources required to implement, monitor and continuously improve the PESV.
This policy is communicated to all workers and interested parties, and is reviewed periodically by senior management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
